Jan. 16, 2014, was the day Sarnia-born David Madden, who played Reuben Kincaid on The Partridge Family, Russell Johnson, who played the professor on Gilligan’s Island, and Ruth Duccini, the penultimate surviving Munchkin from The Wizard of Oz, all died and went to heaven*.

This auspicious confluence, O Subhūti, is known in the sūtras to this day as two and a half Zen.
